I managed to settle both my credit card n personal loan today after i asked countless time fr payment relieve of 3 months.i rather starve than to owe dz ****ty bank.i rather go to capitec dan being with a bank dt dsnt put their customers needs frst .dz is 1 selfish bank.absa life insurance is busy charging ridiculously bt cant help when we in need stop making us take insurence that doesnt benefit us.m done with dz bank m gona close off my acoount i want nothing to do with dz bank

03 Feb 2021, 08:37On monday after settling the account i requested the account to b closed n asked for paid up letter personal loan dd their part right frst tym now dz ****ty credit card department tld me on monday that my account is closed n a paid up letter will be send bt nothing to date.den i col in today only to find the person who said my account is closed infact its still open shud there be any charges i wont pay them.investigate since you say ur cols are recorded m disgusted by ur poor customer service.when we owe u ,u giving us sleepless nyts so do ur job n send wts due to me
