K9W-KA3-L4V-703 OR 35Q-BS5-7E2-086 I loaded an application on ABSA to apply to extend my personal loan on the 26th of September, I rep**** to the mail as instructed, and called and the guy said I must email to another email address, so I did that, and then I called again and they said I must email ***ca which I did, and still didn't get a response? I called again and the lady said the consultant, Nompumelelo will contact me. Then I received a mail saying my application expired, I need to submit my documents within 5 days, so I loaded another application, and now I just get mails saying there is a technical problem. I tried calling but can't get through? Or the consultant is not there or they aren't helping?
