Just plain appalling pension waiting time 1 hour plus

A waiting time of over an hour on the last 2 occasions in November 2025 that I have had to bring my 67 year old mother to Absa Montana Pretoria. She uses crutches to walk and has serious hip problems and pain. As I Absa customer myself I'm ashamed to bank with absa if this is the level of customer service that gets given to pensioners.
