Just joined this bank and already having THE BIGGEST ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Joined this bank. CANNOT get the pin for my new card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have been on the phone the whole day, just getting put though on the telephone to the next person and the next. I am unable to visit the branch, therefore I am making use of the phone option. The phone option does not work as it disconnects when I authorize.
