So over it to struggle with Absa.

We are busy buying a house. Now the system show that i am under debitreview and Absa block the whole process now. I am done with debit review 3 months ago. You received the certificate more than 2 months ago and everything and still you didn't do your job to remove the red flag from my name. Please remove red flag asap from my name.

After i called again absa today the red flag still show this morning. The gave me email adress to send the clearance certificate that the debitreview already did it on 8 May. And the company also ask on that email the must reply when it's removed neved ever did absa think to do their work and to read a email and to remove the flag. According to law when the clearance certificate is send out the places have 10 working days to remove the flag and to let the bureau know. So can you please start to do your job in 2 months now. To remove it and let the bureau know. You are stopping the house buying proses because you didn't do your job 2 months ago
