Just disappointed

I have been batting with ABSA for over 3 weeks now. Eventually leading me to close my current accout to ooen a new one. Now nothing works. I have to keep going to the bank to make things happen. I tried to use whatss app chat and now that doesnt work either. Internet banking doesnt allow me ti increase card limits. Its forever declining at POS saying its blocked. Done with absa. I thought they were understanding with the covid pandemic but apprently not.
