Credit Card blocked due to ********** activity, which was used by me in person. Effort to get this unblocked.... 40 minutes later and dropped each time in call process at call centres. Visit my branch where i have been for years ( all business accounts, personal, bonds) People treat me as as just another number ) My business rep in Vredenburg never calls me back upon request nor in office. Now i must apply for a new card due to me being unwilling to waist any more time at the ***** department via call center with also paying for it????. I see you falling hard compared to other banks. Ill make my statement by canceling all accounts with you ABSA. You are losing
