Just a number

Service is terrible! Debit card expired (why does it have to expire in the fist place) they don't send you any communication that it expires. Has been such an inconvenience they don't even attempt to make the process any easier then I have to spend my whole Saturday in a queue at the bank as they only have 3 consultants!!!
