JUDGEMENTAL BANK

I had app**** for absa life cover which was declined, purely based on the fact that i MIGHT have been declined previously, this was the last question asked after 15min of medical questions had been asked ,which i answered truthful and honest, non of which raised concerns as i have not been diagnosed with a single medical condition nor being admitted in hospital for over 15 years ,no contact of ******* drugs use ,i am an occasional drinker and haven't smoked in over a year..they decision was based purely being declined previously,or assumed that i may have ,i could have easily not opted for comprehensive life and instead accidental cover.absa didn't even enquire as to who was the provider that declined me and they reasoning behind it,yet they had made their decision, that should have been they 1sy question as it seems that answer would have been the decision maker,if this is not the definition of being judgemental then i dont know wat is...absa declining life cover due to honesty ? Is that not a life threatening condition..worse and most humiliating experience ever, guys please dont be fooled with absa life, in my OPINION they are extremely judgemental,i mean you have to face this kind of humiliation just to ensure your loved ones are secure. Pathetic
