Journey Debit Unauthorized Debit

Very bad experience as where I have a unauthorized debit from some Rccs journal company of R500 and that was my last money I had I think it's unfair that the bank itself just takes people's money without their consent I have emailed and contacted many as well as went in to the branches all they say was you was in arrears for an account you never close . However leaves them no right to take my last cent . Definitely will not consider anybody opening and account with absa .
