Journaled account without probable cause

ABSA again without my consent or knowledge journaled my account with 3000 after the account was paid . This is the 2nd time . Account was paid into Brooks and Luyt directly ,but the balance is not coming down.They are refusing to give me statements,they say I must ask the debt review company to give it to me,but they refuse to acknowledge that their account is on debt review. After 8 years my account balance is the same as the loan amount.Iam currently paying interest and not the account itself after Absa handed me over to BROOKS AND luyt attorneys.
