JOURNAL/DEBIT ORDER TAKEN WITHOUT CONSENT!!!

I had a query a month ago regarding an unauthorized Debicheck that nobody is able to explain HOW this had happened. The said cheque account has no fund in it. I have an additional savings account. Now because of the unauthorized debicheck that reversed because there is no money in it, I am sitting with thousands of rands worth of bank charged. Now ABSA AGAIN unauthorized took funds out of my Savings account without my consent or knowledge. How the hell can you do this?? You took a R1100 odd - journaled out of my savings account!!!!! I am beyond angry and I have now had enough. I am closing ALL my bank accounts with ABSA and going to another bank. This is absolutely unacceptable. The best thing is there is nothing one can do about it. They just take as they please. Sorry ABSA but you are no longer the bank for me. If money that belongs to ME is just taken out of my account, then I can no longer have my business with you. Unauthorized debichecks and just put journal's through on my account. VERY upset and angry about this!
