Journal went of my account. It's *****

I had a cheque account with Absa with the knowledge that my bank cost will be R59 per month. Few months using the account I realized I was paying over R300 bank costs and ontop of that there were unauthorized debut orders going off my account. I went into the branch to query and with no assistance I decided to open a savings account but cheque was never closed as unauthorized debit orders kept going off and making my account to go further more into areas. Later the account was closed and written off. 25th July 2019 an amount of R2200 and some odd Rands went of my account into the same cheque account where no one is able to tell me how it got to R2200 with the debit orders I never authorized on my accounts. Now Im being sent up and down to try get my money back. I need my money to be put back in my account as I did not even use nor give consent for debit orders to go off and no one to take accountability
