JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS P***

I noted that a debit order for JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS P********** ********** 19 Amount R-R2000.00 was deducted of my account. I have NEVER given permission for this debit order. After visiting my ABSA branch I was informed it was moneys deducted from my Cheque account into Credit Card account. This was never authorized by me. I was informed to contact the Credit Card department and make arrangements. To date i have had NO feedback from ABSA again. I need this moneys reversed into my account immediately AND would appreciate feedback from ABSA on this matter. Easy to say "contact us, make arrangements etc", but then you get NO feedback, money just get taking out of your account. I can't pay my rent this month and I am also no longer employed. Please assist and once I find work arrangements can be made.
