JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS J My account have just been debited with R1503.80 Why is just an Absa thing seeing this RCCS BOS J have been coming along for a very very long time. As far back as 2017. Yet when I phoned this matter cannot be resolved immediately and have to be investigated. My budget does not allow for 2 and 3 weeks investigation. ABSA knows exactly what it is or the staff is just plain and simple in in ***********. How can this same debit journal go on for over 7 years and yet the staff still does not know how to respond and resolve this matter. I want my money back into my account. According to my knowledge a journal is something that have been processed physically at a branch. Somehow they plead stupidity, and logic tells me someone is helping themselves to the client's cash and keep processing and passing debits to accounts to cover their tracks.
