Journal Debit RCCS BOS J / Absa Bank

Good day.

My daughters account was just debited for R2,550.00 without her consent. Who the hell are Journal Debit RCCS BOS J? To my knowledge Banks are not allowed to debit your account without your consent. This law was passed in 2019 already. They in turn tell her to call tomorrow no one is available currently. I will take this to the highest place i need to. ABSA Bank is wrong on every level. DONT BANK WITH ABSA!!!!
