JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS J ***

I am so disappointed with ABSA, I was in talks with their credit card division to arrange payment on my card.

Then all of a sudden. I have a JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS J *** on my account for R1,824.58 which I don't even have available.

They made this debit on my account without my permission. Completely without my permission.

Can I please have this money back in
