Journal debit RCCS bos J
I had 2 journals going off my account each of R7129.44 on the 6 and 7th of August. These were marked RCCS bos j. 1st is this even legal? What is this for? Is it safe to keep my money at Absa? Please can this be address soonest.

13 Aug 2018, 14:49I called Absa today whereby I was informed that the amount was from a loan. I told the consultant I do not have a loan with Absa. I was then transferred to someone else, this person said it was an outstanding overdraft. I have never had an overdraft facility with Absa. I used to have a personal loan with Absa some time in the late 90s. This amount was paid off in 2003. I even received a letter from Absa to the effect that was account was concluded. Unfortunately I do not have the letter anymore. I was then transfer to a different line, where I was on hold for 30min. i could not hold any longer, Can this be sorted out quickly please.
