JOURNAL DEBIT RCC BOS

I noted that a debit order for JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS J ********** ********** 16 Amount R-2150 was deducted of my account. I have NEVER given permission for this debit order. After visiting my ABSA branch I was informed it was moneys deducted from my Cheque account into Credit Card account, I don't even own a Credit Card. This was never authorized by me. I was informed to contact the Credit Card department and make arrangements. I cannot be inconvenienced by ABSA, I need this moneys reversed into my account immediately I have seen that many people have been complaining about this since last year I didn't know I would be a victim. I would appreciate feedback from ABSA on this matter. I want my money and I'm changing my bank
