Journal Debit

Hi Absa, on Saturday, something which is called journal debit, debited my account, I was never informed about this. I learned that is because of the check card that I had with Absa which I owe, (I am not disputing that). However, I was never notified. Please reverse the money. Now I don't have money for anything I was informed that the account is not with Absa when I asked about the account. Please assist
