Journal Debit

I noted that a debit order for JOURNAL DEBIT Amount R500 was deducted of my account. I have NEVER given permission for this debit order. After visiting my ABSA branch I was informed it was money deducted from my savings account into cheque account. This was never authorized by me. I need this money reversed into my account immediately AND would appreciate feedback from ABSA on this matter.
