Journal debit created on my transitional account

ABSA created a Journal debit on my transitional account (Savings) without making contact with me or to confirm the transaction. This has created a problem for me as the fund debited are meant for the Bond Account, which they know is under execution. i have tried to speak to the technician and they take me from pillar to post, with one telling me that the will not reverse the transaction. I told him that I do not want the money for my personal use, but can be paid directly into the bond account.<br> This kind of service is very poor and leave bad taste on customer's mouth. i would not have known about it if I did not have internet banking, because there is no notification to this effect as well considering that it is festive season and cyber ********* are at rive.<br> <br> I just want the money paid into the bond account so that I can honour the arrangement with the bond department.
