Journal debit

Hi please assist me there is an amount of R558 that was taken from my account by absa they call it a journal debit when I called debit order department to reverse this amount cause I have no idea what this fee was for, they couldn’t assist a guy gave me a number *** that I shud call for assistance I called that number a billion times it’s just goes straight to voicemail 😭😭😭I want my money back I don’t know why they debited that high amount without my consent
