Journal debit

Absa deducted funds from my account without alerting me in any way. I have saved funds to cover school expenses for kids in January. After i noticed the deduction i immediately contacted Absa. They have explained why they took the money and told me what i need to do to get a refund, which i did but they never refunded the money. I have always being a loyal customer to absa but after this event i am ready to change banks.
