JOURNAL DEBIT
HI, I RECEIVED A JOURNAL DEBIT STATING ABSA TRANSFERRED FUNDS FROM SAVINGS TO CREDIT CARD. WITHOUT ANY NOTICE WHATSOEVER. IS THAT LEGAL? WITHOUT ANY DEBIT ORDER IN PLACE.
