Job left hanging

I am hired under absa instant life. Unfortunately my contract with my agency has ended and they picked up a default on my profile which I told the company about inwhich I was sent home until further notice.I have submitted a payment arrangement letter. It’s a week now that I’ve been at home waiting for feedback about whether I have a job or not.
