A massive thanks to Jess Mramathibe for the help today (on a Sunday). This girl deserves a massive raise, as she is kind, helpful, warm, welcoming and truly a massive asset to ABSA's helpdesk. She sounds cute too! Haha. Thanks again Jess, you were a massive help - Fingers crossed for that pay increase ;)
