Absa is handling my husbands estate.

My husband died on 25/4/2020?. Absa is the executor of the estate. Up to now no executor letter was issued by the Master of Supreme Court Mpumalanga. I ask Absa a few times why a letter was not yet issued. They said they have a agent there at the supreme court who is investigating the matter. So nothing happens and I received no feedback.

Absa don't come back to me to explain why the letter was not yet issued..it is almost a year now.

In addition to this the Absa administrator who was assigned to attend to estate, resigned...and Absa did not inform me either by phone or by email that communication must be send to someone else.

In addition I send numerous emails to Absa to ask for certain actions that must be done on the estate. They don't reply and don't action my emails.

I send an email to their customer care department..after that email they only inform me of the person who will administer the estate.

Absa totally ignore me as a client. I can't believe that a business/bank can do this. At the end they will ask a lot of executor fees and I am receiving this kind of bad service.

I want to replace them as executor...but that will take even longer to finalize the estate and there will be extra costs involved.
