It's sad to know the bank I'm dealing with can't help me

OK I want to share something that I think is not fair, I have been dealing wit absa for the pass 8 or maybe more years also fnb abt couple mnths not sure hw long but I a n seem to get a personal loan to sort my stuff.... So my question is he can wonga n fasta approve me of loans but my own bank declined me which is veri unfair i receive a OK salary to be approved but everytime I get declined I mean I had a cheque acc which my repayments mnth end only bank charges use to be abt R500 only.... Den I dropped to a normal savings account, I have to to the bank to ask maybe a overdraft atleast seeing my salary is Comng to my acc every month so the guys says no u have a savings account u can't get a overdraft n coz u dropped it account u need to wait atleast 3 months before u apply again..... But I am dealing wit ur bank for so many years I mean it's nonsense if I can't come to the bank I deal with to help me but yet other fertility can help is really very sad.
