Itc reflecting negative - Absa promised to clear

I tried to buy a vehicle - Absa Vehicle and Asset deducts the amounts through my bank account every month. They listed me on Itc for non payment - but the best is - They deduct the amount every month. The amounts go through every month - it was never stopped or rejected. I tried buying another vehicle and after a letter from Absa dd 29th of July - they promised to rectify my Its within 2 days - and the account - Today is the 06th of August - my account has not being rectified - nor my Itc - and still I can not buy another car. They approved me for an amount but I can not get approval from other banks due to them listing me...It is not fair Absa - keep to your promises and do what you promise! Its not my fault - so it should not be my problem! My ITC Should be cleared immediately please as well as my statement - I phoned today again - ref ***5 - now I have to wait 5 days again - not fair at all ! Your promise was 2 days - on the 29th of July -
