ITC Profile
I have settled my vehicle with ABSA in Dec 2014, however ABSA never updated my ITC Profile. According to my profile I am one installment behind even after ABSA forwarded me my vehicle registration papers to confirm that the vehicle was paid up. I even confirmed the information with ABSA.I have tried to resolve the matter with a promise from ABSA that they will update the matter, still not updated 3 months later.
