ITC Listing Not Updated.
ABSA is failing me. I was behind on my Personal Loa account around August 2023 but brought it up to date by 13 October 2023. On 30 October 2023, they handed over my account without my knowledge, no communication was sent to me to notify me of this action. I only found out when I got my TransUnion Credit Report that I handed over. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them to rectify their mistake. To this date, they keep telling me to Call a number that does not work or exist. For this reason, I am unable to move on with applications for a Bond. They can put your life in a standstill.
