ITC Listing not cleared after full settlement - ABSA
<p>I have settled my personal loan 30 July 2016, ABSA has listed the account on ITC, I have tried numerous times, visited the bank, leased with credit personal and have found no joy. It is 8 MONTHS since the account has been settled........</p>

Got the same run around as 7 months ago, received a letter stating my request is being attended to. With no result.
I need to get this finalized please.
Account was settled in full, setlledment letter received and Transunion cannot remove the listing. ABSA needs to do it.
