ITC listing

I have been unfairly listed by ABSA and I have been dealing with this since last year.i have emailed Roxanne asking them to remove my name and I was told it will be done but I have still received messages from attorneys that I owe ABSA. This has created nightmare for me because during this time I have numerously tried to apply for home and vehicle finance but everything has failed due to this matter. Both Mc Roberts Attorneys and ABSA have handled this very unprofessionally. I then emailed Roxanne again and I received an email back from Helena Van Wyk stating that my name will be cleared in 21 days, for a moment I thought my nightmare is over! Today I try another application and I get bad news because of ABSA.I AM STILL LISTED.i am left with no other choice but to go to their offices in person and that means I must be off work.THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY LIFE!
