ITC CHECK UPDATE

I Had absa personal loan in 2011 and the account was paid in full 2016 Acc no:*** NC Ralethe

I called absa to provide with the paid up letter of which was provided,

now I cannot do any applications, its showing that I still owe absa the amount of R 14 556.00 which was paid in full,

can I urgently request absa to update their credit bureau record with 24 hours as they blocked me not do any application
