IT3b's MIA . . . Again !!

Once again, ABSA 's IT3b is the ONLY one outstanding! Year after year we have to wait for ABSA to play "catch-up". Totally ludicrous & the worst service ever! If everybody else, whether they be Bankers, Insurance Co's or Businesses can have their Tax Certificates released timeously, why can ABSA not do the same? What makes them so very special that we always have to wait for them? Also, as far as I am aware NONE of the other financial institutions charge you for a tax certificate [FNB certainly doesn't], yet once again ABSA manages to break the rules. Think it is now time to do that switch thing!
