IT3B not available and possibly only available after 1 July.

With the new SARS efiling season starting in just 3 days, Absa still has not made available the IT3b to many clients. They say we must wait it out until 1 July, when it may become available. I'm thinking now if we dont have it then SARS dont have it neither. Surely this is not acceptable. The facebook channel of Absa has adopted a dont care attitude. Not surprising me though. They strictly contact you via messenger and refuse to call. So glad I took a lot of my business away to Discovery Bank. And also glad that I dont pay for Private Bank services anymore. Now I pay less and get the same poor service I got when I was still a Private Bank client. Actually I should not complain at all!
