Issuing of Tittle deeds to its clients
We have a situation whereby my mother had a home-loan with al**** bank which now forms part of ABSA bank, she finished paying her loan but she hasn't received her title deed for her house. We went to ABSA but we were told that the attorneys dealing with tittle deeds for ABSA have moved offices. We were not giving a forwarding address or contact details even the names of those attorneys. I would really appreciate assistance in this matter,as it is important that she has her tittle deed.
