Issuing of Documents

Hi please help. In 2013 I bought a house through absa, everything has been okay till today when I was told that in order for to sell my house I need to submit an NHBRC Enrolment Certificate, NHBRC Certificate as well as the Occupational Certificate which absa never gave me. I contacted the attorneys who were doing the bond transfers and they told me they issued everything to absa when I called absa today in morning they telling me about a 5 waiting period which I can't afford . I need to get this house out of my hands as I no longer afford to keep up with the bond repayments. So please assist me with getting the documents as soon as possible. Regards
