Isssues resolved swiftly

I had a query with ABSA online which annoyed me as their processes for verification with data from the Bereau that were outdated , hence failing every attempt to get the issue resolved by the call centre, after my review was posted I was contacted and the issue resolved swiftly , the turn around time for the resolution is awesome and helps when the company shows that their really care about the customers experience, thank you for paying attention and resolving the query.
