I want to settle my absa credit that was handed over since I lost my job, I called their call centre and spoke to an agent who couldn't even tell me where my account was handed except to provide me with a bunch of collection companies and said my account is no longer with them. All I want is to settle what I owe and leave absa or their lawyers alone. No one is making contact with me and this affects me negatively on a daily because my credit rating is impacted by this and I can't apply for anything without this showing on my report.
