Is there anyone there to assist!!!

I had insurance with Absa for my vehicle which is financed by them. I Requested them to cancel the insurance and sent proof of insurance in June From another company.Since August I’ve been receiving calls from Absa agents informing me that I am in arrears-this is due to the insurance company not canceling the insurance as per my request. I spoke to Grace Lusenga who then advised me to send the proof of insurance in order for her to rectify this with the insurance company,the email was sent to her but to my surprise another agent called me the next day and the day after that for this same issue. No one is actually willing to assist me it seems as some of the agents are quite snarky in their tones

I’m really annoyed by all this It seems no one wants to assist
