Is there any service ?

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Im slightly confused how the onus of this problem is falling on me ...</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently took out a very small homeloan to do some work on my house, this did not exceed my original bond amount, however i was advised to take it out as a seperate bond due to the interest rate - Which was great.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had a problem in getting the money - Which was super frustrating to say the least.</p> <p> </p> <p>I now wish to repay this loan (As this is how a loan works) but i still have no information from ABSA (This is now 2 months later - and not a word) as to what the account details are - I just assumed this would be added to my existing banking profile under another account.</p> <p> </p> <p>im tired of having to constantly run around to get service from you, - Im not going into a branch (As the people in the branchs dont know what is going on) i take a loan and i need to follow up on payments ? What is going on ? Kindly provide me with the account details, link it to my profile ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks.</p>
