***** is on another level we are not safe in South Africa

Hi I am not happy with Absa the bank of my choice all these years they unhelpful and have been sending me from pillar to post.I received a call for regarding a *****ulent transaction on my account and was told to go to any nearest absa.I went to an Absa branch they gave me a new card and assured me that my new card is working.Today I went again as my card was giving me an error when I use it on the ATM with an error message go to the nearest branch.I went to the fourways branch for more than an hour they were not able to assist me they want me to all the way from fourways to second to identify me if I am the right person.I have never been to Secunda why is it now an issue Absa has all branches around.you are now giving Me pathetic service.I want my account working after all the years with you ,you coming with tricks. I am going to leave you to competition.You better call me I am tired of banking *****
