Is my money safe by Absa

On the 9 th of November 2020 my phone went off at 06:01 when money was paid into my account.I checked on my phone and saw that a large amount was transfered from my cheque account.I pjone absa ***** line and after 20 minutes the money was paid into my account.Later the same amount was removed from my account.i reported this to the Saps.On the 10 th i checked my credit card and saw that money was also transfered fom this account.I reported this to the Saps.My question now is will i be refunded by Absa as my money was in the bank and was supposed to be safe.Seems like no one can be trusted.*******ion is taking over.
