Is British Airways Card staff working?

It has been 3 weeks since I app**** for a new British airways Credit Card. I was approved and accepted the quote. I send it through 4 times with all Rica documentation. Please note: 4 TIMES... The card was to be ordered and couriers would deliver it to me. This has been 2 weeks ago. Following up with the relevant call centre and Supervisor has only produced promises of we will find out sir an call you back. STILL NO CALL. I DON'T THINK MR KEKANA AND HIS STAFF IS WORKING. <br> <br> Consumers: Please take note: Don't believe the 5 working days promise... <br> <br> I don't think it can be done
