IS AMANDA IN A POSITION THAT SHE DESERVES?

Hi, thank you for your courtesy email. Since my last complaint. I was advised by Daphne that the matter needs to be addressed to Amanda, who is in a higher position to provide me with all my enquiries and confirmation. Since than I have received no response from Amanda. Daphne has requested for feedback???
