Is Absa selling our information, or is roadcover a ****?

I just received a call from Absa, wanting to sell me "roadcover" (www.roadcover.co.za). I asked for more info. They actually sent a one-pager on road cover membership (they already had my email address). I asked them what is the link to Absa, as I couldn't find anything on the website that refers to Absa - she could not answer me. They had all my information, even said I don't have to send any information, because they have everything already as I'm an Absa client. They would just add it as a debit order on my bank details, which they, apparently, already had. Obviously I said no. So, was this a ****, of people that have all my details somehow? Or is Absa making my information available to outside organisations?
