Is Absa Bank selective with whom they choose to grant social relief arrangements?

Following the complaint I posted against Absa Bank Vehicle Finance a month ago, the following applies: This issue is still not resolved, despite Lebogang Masiane's undertaking to have it resolved by 21 July 2020. Yet again, the relief arrangements I have made with the bank, have NOT been honored and once again, the full premium has been debited from my account, even though I have written undertakings from Absa Bank, to the contrary. I have emailed Lebogang Masiane tirelessly and at this stage, my emails go ignored! Is there some sort of preference to which individuals are actually granted social relief assistance.. Because right now I feel as though I am being biased/prejudiced in some way, especially since this issue has had me calling, emailing, begging, pleading and stressing since June, yet to no avail and DESPITE being handed over to the people who have the authority to make the necessary changes. Seems Absa Bank does not give a damn about their clients, or are rather selective concerning who they choose to help.
