Is absa a ****

I have app**** for an online loan on the 30th November 2023, i have been doing follow up since then. Today it's 29th December 2023. The response will be that "your case has been sent to the supervisor, they will call you back with in 24 to 48 hours" or "your application is been sent to the manager, they will call you within minutes, if you haven't receive a call, please call again after 2 hours". I called again after two hours, same story. I even got the message saying that the money will be deposited into my account on the 23rd December, upto this day when i call again, my application is still pending. The guy named Victor said he will personally call if he gets any feedback. I don't understand why is it so difficult to be told whether you're approved or not. I don't know whether the agents are not doing their job or absa is just being pathetic. From what I heard from the previous applicant, said that they debited before they could even pay him. My question is, is absa a **** or what? Are they trying to do the same thing to me?
